What is Conektindia’s Role ?

At Conektindia, we act as your representative and Manage your property while you are away. We ensure that the property is well maintained while it is under lock & key OR even while it is leased/rented out. We co-ordinate with the Society office/Builders/Developers on a regular basis, to ensure you are kept updated about the well being and progress of your Property. We also assist you in buying / tenancymanagement / modification / maintenance of your property in major cities of India in Consultation with our subject experts and associates.

How Does This Work ?

Once you Register with us and enter into a Service Contract - Conektindia acts as your local empowered representative and interact regularly with various Governing Bodies, Agencies, Builder/ Developer, Prospective Tenants, Subject experts, and keep you abreast with the status on regular basis.

How Can We Register & What Are The Terms And Conditions For Registration ?

Registration Process is very Simple. Please click the following link and you would be taken to the Registration Page. There is no fee Levied to Register with us. The Registration is like an intent to avail our services.

What Does The Service Contract Cover ?

We have wide range of services and the service you choose governs the nature of the contract. Once you register with us and have decided to associate post the Call, Draft copy of Service Contract would be mailed to you.

What would be the Duration of the Service Contract ?

The Duration of the Service contract would be 12 months.

Is this service confined to one City ?

No, as the name suggest we have a pan India presence, currently covering Mumbai, Thane District, New (Navi) Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Bangalore & Greater Kolkata.

What all assistance do you provide if I wish to buy a property in India ?

We would assist in identifying and evaluating RERA Registered Projects in the city of your choice within the stipulated budget through our network of subject experts.

Would you help me lease out my property and handle the same ?

As an additional feature to our Facility Management services and our endeavour to offer 360o single window solution to our clients, we provide this service as an additional assistance to customers who have signed up for our Annual Facility Management Package. Conektindia would assist you to identify, evaluate, verify the credential of the prospect through its associates and network of real estate agents. The fee for this service would have to be paid to the estate agent directly.

Once I decide to avail your service, how do I enter into the contract ?

Once we have discussed and locked the scope of work, we would be sending you the contract that needs to be signed and sent to us for formalisation. The Fully executed copy of the contract would be sent to you for your record along with the invoice for the services.

How do I make the payment ?

You will be provided with the Bank Details of Conektindia for electronic remittance as per invoice furnished. Bank details would be shared once the contract is signed. We offer facility for remittance in US$ or INR ` as per your convenience.

Do I need to give my Bank or Credit Card or Debit Card details ?

NO. Under no circumstance you need to divulge above details. In case of Net Transfer you need to give, POST PAYMENT, UTR Number / wire details to track & identify your payment.
